update to 2019.3.5 - no exe in zip package

Hi
I'm trying to update from 2019.3.4 to 2019.3.5 using stimulsoft-Ultimate-2019.3.5.zip (.net and .js)
but there is no .exe (Designer.exe) inside the archive
how to update?

The zip archive contains all libs. Please download Stimulsoft Designer 2019.3.5
