Report lagging when rotate text

Hello. I am using the version 2020.3.2. Spotted the following bug:
Take some larger text. Make a few blocks of it. Rotate it 180 deg. Save.

As a result:
- lags when trying to design
- lags when trying to preview
- lags when trying to print
- usage of CPU = 100%
- response time on my not very slow device ~ 20sec on a single page

Also I want to mention that on 2020.2.3 - there are fewer lags (it's still laggy, but the response time is 3-4 times faster).
I've attached an example report to reproduce the issue.
Also on this report you can see another bug - with print margins: in the viewer it is 1 page - when printing: 2 pages.
