Can filter be created in PageHeader?

I have a text field setup in page header, this field is retrieving from a detail table, it could be more than one row but I only need the first row to show in this field in page header.

However sometimes the first row is empty and I want to filter out these empty row.

Is it possible to filter out the empty row in page header?
