Strikeout on Condition

Hi

I want to strikeout text when a certain condition is met, however I do not seem to have this option.
See attached screenshot for more information.
I also added the document in question, text21 is where I want a strikeout condition when IncomeExpense.MinRegulatoryAmount > 0

Unfortunately, that option was added after 2019.3.1 version. You should update.
