Tiny font size not working

When I set font size to 1pt handly,What I got in the browser of its proview just had 12px.
If i set the roation of the words,it seems works.but it seems wasting a lot of compute resourse to render, just not suite to me.
Is there any way to set it right.
The "Shrink to wrap" is affected in the same way. I just have done that following the docs.

This is a known problem, many browsers have a minimum font size of 12px for Asian locales.
