Parameters

I'm having an issue here with this parameter set up any help will be greatly appreciated. I want to be able to set it up such that the user can run the report by selecting one item/individual at a time.
The user also should be able to select all individuals/items. It now works for the individual but not for all. I think I'm doing something wrong? or Maybe I don't even need the second parameter here? I'm using a sql query to get my dataset for my report.

Thanks Lech that worked nicely. I found my error and it was filtering in my sql query and doing the same on my report designer. I do appreciate.
