Groups with collapsing and export to Excel

I have a collapsing report build but exporting it to Excel, it does not keep the interactive Expand and collapse + & - Signs. Is there a way to get this to work on excel download?

Any timeline or indication that this will ever be implemented in the future or rather near future? We do get a lot of report requests with these type of reports
