Find a text in the report works only when text has one line

Using Stimulsoft Viewer with Angular and .NET, when I try to search for a text using the "Find a text in the report" option. I can find only the text when it's inside a Text field with one line. This is very simple to test; you can try the attached report and search for BBB you will see the result will only detect the second field with one line while the two others will not work. This is the only difference between the fields and I spend a lot of time trying to understand the cause.
