Drilldown through date types

Post by acataluffi »

Hi,
i have a problem with drill down using an istogram.
Basically my input data are formatted like this:
Name, Insert date (in format: dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm), Price

The goal that I have to reach is the following

This is the first visualization, per Year (in this example i only have 2023 as year)
1.png
1.png (18.32 KiB) Viewed 2206 times
Then, i want to drill down through the selected year for example 2023 and see this situation:
2.png
2.png (13.49 KiB) Viewed 2206 times
Then for example i want only saw Q3 on my graph, so i selected Q3 and drill down again... and so on.

The problem is: when i click drill-down and select the block Q3 (obliviously it's the same also for year) and go through, everything disappear and it doesn't work as expected
If i press drill-down without select nothing it works, but obv it's wrong because i don't filter for the period i need (year, quarter, or month, ecc..)

Am i wrong doing something?

Thank you.

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement several nested drill-down levels - year-quarter-month-etc in one chart.

Thank you.

Hello,
How can I navigate between the different dimensions? Even using multiple charts, the important thing is to apply the filter by, for example, year or quarter.

i really need this feature.
