Clustered Columns Chart with variable values

I have a table like this:

Chart_Table.jpg (35.34 KiB) Viewed 730 times

Monat (month): number is variable depending on the selected time range.
AbtNr / Name (department number / name): number is variable depending on several arguments.
Quote (quota) is the value to be shown as percent

Now the chart should look like this:

Chart.jpg (31.36 KiB) Viewed 730 times

So first it should be grouped by month and within the month by department. How do I do this in designer (version is 2023.1.6)?

Set Auto Series Key Data Column to AbtNr
Set Argument Data Column to Monat
Set Value Data Column to Quote
