Sending mails

Hi,
when I want send report by email from StiViewer, I have to click on sending email, choose pdf file, then confirm export settings and then choose path to save pdf report. There are too many clicks for our customers. Is it possible set default values for this steps? Ideally, I want to choose pdf and then it will export it automatically with default export setting and save it in the default path. I tried to find some events, which I could overwrite, but to no avail. I only find StiOptions.Engine.GlobalEvents.SendEMailProcess and it triggers after all this options, so it is useless for my purpose.

Unfortunately, there are no other events for the send email action.
