A text component overlaps an another in a hierarchical band

Is it possible to prevent the position of the right border of the first text component in a hierarchical band from changing?

I set the Locked property to true on the second text component so its position doesn't change. But the first component overlaps it (pic1).

In the docs the third picture shows the result that I want to achieve, but I don’t know how.

Unfortunately, to make this scenario should be used additional code in the events and it will work only in the Compilation mode.
