Spacing Between Paragraphs

Is there a way to get my data with a column to space out between the paragraph? I have it showing up as . I would like the data to display with spaces between the paragraphs as in screeshot 2

Oh Actually I did get it to work but increasing my columns height but not the text box.As shown in this screenshot's red arrows. I was looking to do that from the properties section but all I was seeing was the double Spacing.
