Compatibility issues with versions prior to 2024.4.1

When updating to the 2024.4.1 or higher library version, saved reports encounter issues when imported into environments using version 2024.3.5 or lower. In these cases, when attempting to import the report, it fails to load correctly. If the report has already been imported, it appears blank, without displaying the data sources or variables that were configured.

Additionally, if the report is imported into a 2024.3.5 or lower version, the file cannot be imported into the environment, resulting in errors.

I would like to understand the reason why, in versions 2024.3.5 and earlier, there was no compatibility issue when exporting or using reports in previous versions. However, starting from version 2024.4.1 onward, this incompatibility began to occur.

I need a detailed technical explanation about this change so that I can pass the information clearly to my managers and users who use the tool.
