Failure to Generate Legacy Reports Containing Charts in Java Versions 2026.4.1 and 2026.4.2

Dear,

I have an older report that contains charts, and while testing the new Java library versions, 2026.4.1 and 2026.4.2, I identified an issue: the report fails to generate, and an error occurs when attempting to open it.

This behavior was observed after updating the library. Further investigation is required to identify the root cause and verify the compatibility of existing reports with the new versions.

Attached are a screenshot showing the error message and the report file used during testing to help analyze and reproduce the issue.

Hello,

In your report is used your own value for the Duplex property in the PrinterSettings. Please set it to Default.
Also, we will try to add an additional check in that option. We will let you know about the result.
