Checkbox events in editable pdf

Hallo Support,

I've been asked to produce a fairly large editable pdf. In it, there will be various checkboxes placed next to one another as here:

What I would like is a way to avoid the user being able to check more than one of the checkboxes. Therefore, they should behave like radion buttons. Is there any way of defining an event which would clear the other checkboxes when I choose one in my editable pdf?
