Empty databand

I programming report.

			report.Load(rep);
			report.Compile();

			report["idorder"] = IdOrder;
			report["PeopleFio"] = FIO;
			
			report.Render(true);

MemoryStream stream = new MemoryStream();
			report.ExportDocument(StiExportFormat.Pdf, stream);

return stream;

and i have empty databand and empty data... Why? How can I initialize the data?

I have DefaultConnect = sql DB and DataBand = sql query.
I call report from disainer and it work good. But no generate from code.
Pleas, help.
