Changing Page Title

Hi

I'm evaluating this product, so I'm testing with the evaluation version. I have managed to load the designer in an ASPX page. The title of the page shows "StimulSoft Reports - Report Alias". I would like to know is there any way I can change this to another suitable one when I'm loading the report in designer.

Hi,

Yes, it is possible to change. Actually you saw the alias of the report loaded.

Please open the report template in the Designer, then click in any place outside the report's page. 'Report' object will be selected in the 'Properties' panel. Then change 'ReportAlias' property to the new value, save template and next time you will see that new alias in the header of the page.

Thanks for your reply.

I tried setting report alias. But is still gives me the page title as "Stimulsoft Reports - {Report Alias}".

for example I set my report alias as "sales report" then the page title was showing "Stimulsoft Reports - sales report "

How can I remove "Stimulsoft Reports" from the page title. I want to show only "sales report "

Hello, pappan

We have added new "BrowserTitle" property to StiWebDesigner component. If it is not empty, then it will be output.
Patch will be available in next prerelease build on June, 8.
