Printing Margins

When you WPF Print it adds margins to the printers margin and not from the edge of the page.
All Printing is pushed to the right 1/8" more than requested margin

Now this last report I was working on the Margins are set to 1/2" and it measured 1/2" from the right and top edge. But it still printed off the left and bottom edge of the Page(Preview was OK)
I guess the margins are correct but the printed Scale of the Report seems Larger than in the designer/preview windows.
