Using Cross-Table

I have a problem using the Cross-Table. When multible pages are produced it always displays the top-element of the first page (not the header!) in every page, but this element is not formatted and it is not displaying the row header an the second page in width (cross table is 3 pages long and 2 pages wide). What happens here?
