Your modified report run well, i see that you have insert into the variables theses expressions : "data.from and data.to", also how you know on design that the expression assing to the parameters must be :
name of variable = Data and ".From"
name of variable = Data and ".To"
is the .From and .To refer to the label name of the variable.
