Sorry, but we don't see our assemblies in the Exception.
How did you come to a conclusion that this exception connected with our assemblies?

Also, your project requires some other dependent DevExpress libraries.
We installed the latest 13.1.8 version and reconfigure your project. Please see the attached archive.

I have added that project that I showed you with the Value is null error. I have also added the DevExpress Zip File within this Stimulsoft.Test.zip so you can add the DevExpress references from there. Below is the link to the DropBox to where you can get the zip file.
