Please replace the localization.php file from this archive in your project and test it again:

Hello,

i tested file localization.php but i get same result,
and i used
-Windows 10 Home 64 bit
-XAMPP Version 5.6.3 for Web Server
-flash player V. 20.0.0.267
result check LoadConfiguration
result check LoadConfiguration
