@Apister
The property you are looking for is Collumn Direction (direction of the rendering collumns), on the databand properties. It controls either it will go down then across or across then down.
EDIT

Result: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/34291967/collumn_direction2.jpg
I also changed the number of collumns on the second one to 2, so it looked like on your example.

Thanks Brainstorm for your reply. I see that it is working on your end. I have tried changing that same setting, but it prints Across Then Down on mine. Did you change any other settings besides the number of columns, rows and the column direction?
Thanks ~

Thats all i changed, i also tried on your attached report and i had the same result.
1 5 8
2 6 9
3 7 10
4

On this one, all i changed was the collumn direction and your {ReportData.NAME} to {Line}, and CountData to 10, so it can be displayed on the preview.
EDIT
For the record, im using 2011.1.1000

When I modify the column direction to Down then Across, it gives me the following results.

On that image, are you using the exact same file attached by Ivan? Or anything was changed?
Multiple column data band not printing down then across
I'm using the exact same file, with the exception that when I got it the column direction on the last data band had reverted back to Across then Down so I changed it to be Down then Across as it should be. I haven't changed anything else.

Hello,
Judging by the screenshots, you do not use Stimulsoft Reports.Net but Stimulsoft Reports.Web or Stimulsoft Reports.Fx for Flex.
We made some improvements in that direction a few months ago.
Please check the latest prerelease build and let us know about the result.
Thank you.
