Sorry, but I am seeing this issue with FXFLEX_2012.01.19.zip

Is that not the most recent prerelease build? It appears to be the most recent one listed on http://www.stimulsoft.com/RegisteredUsers.aspx

We could see such behaviour when the Text Quality property is set to Standard.
We made some improvements and they are testing now.
Our next build will be available in the end of March.
