Hello,
unfortunately, my customer noticed that the scaling problem is still present.
I could reproduce with your example Test Dpi 2.mrt on both systems Windows 7 & Windows 10,
when scaling is not 100%.

First picture is on Windows 10 Creators Update, scaling 150%. Stimulsoft Wpf version 2016.3.7 Second picture on Windows 7 Enterprise SP 1, scaling 125%. Stimulsoft Wpf version 2017.1.6 (Trial) Thank you

The issue with "Lines of underlining" was fixed.
The fix will be available in the next build 2017.2.2.

now our custumer have tested with 2017.2.2 and it seems the problem is solved.
But further tests will follow, and we can only be safe in one or two months.
But it looks good.
