Hi,

Yes Windows 7 or Windows 8 no problem. But in Windows 10 will have the problem.

To be able to install the driver on Windows 10, it need to Disabled Driver Signature Enforcement by using Windows Advance Startup.

Please refer to below screenshot for steps, after that the driver will be able to install.

regards,
Kenny

Hello.

Thank you for the instruction.
We were able to install the driver, but the printer did not appear in the Printer's list.

We have some ideas. Please, try to run the attached report and send us what you get.

Thank you.

Hello.

Thank you for the screenshots.
On earlier versions of Windows 10 the system scale could be set in two different places.
Later one of this options was removed. But it seems that you use not the latest build.
We see that the second option on your system is set to 150%.

Please, go to Display settings -> Advanced Display settings -> Advanced sizing of text and other items -> Set a custom scaling level and set the scale to 100%.

If the system scale is set to 100% but you still get the issue. We met a bug in Windows. Please, try to set the system scale to 125%, reboot your system, set the system scale to 100% and reboot again.
After this render our test report. All numbers on yellow should be 96.

Thank you.

Hi, the result still the same after changed to 125% then signout, and changed to 100% and signout again.

When changed to 125%, yellow box values are all change to 120, orange box value = 96

When changed back to 100%, yellow box values shown different which was 96, 96, 144; orange box value still = 96

So, what to do next?

By the way and just for your additional info, I'd also tested with DevExpress XtraReport, their RichTextEdit do not have such problem encountered.

Regards,
Kenny

Hello,

Please let us explain the information in the test report.
In the yellow rectangle:
The first two numbers are the text scale, in the Standard/Typographics and Wysiwyg modes, respectively.
The third number is the scale for RichText, this value is taken from the registry, from two keys
CurrentUser\Control Panel\Desktop\LogPixels,
LocalMachine\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontDPI\LogPixels.
one of the registry keys as Win7-style, the second as Win10-style.
in this case, one of these keys indicates the scale (the number is not 96). so scaling is applied to RichText.

In some cases, there are some problems with these values. To set correct values is needed to first set the scale to 100% in the Custom scaling level menu, then in Display settings, also check that 100% is set, then restart the computer (logout does not always help), and again check that the scale is 100% installed everywhere.
if it still does not help - please try to set these keys in register manually in 96 value.

Thank you.
