Sorry, maybe we did not exactly understand your issue.

1. To avoid a designer issue with big reports on smaller paper site you have recommend to set UnlimitedHeight=true.

2. German translations are wrong in my opinion as described - it does exactly opposited as expected. I have invert the page break settings in order to get better results.

Please check the last version - page height is increased automatically to place a lot of bands.
