You are using connection to a database to load the txt-file.
It's wrong. It's strange that this works.
Could you send us more real sample that will let us to reproduce your issue?

You can use js version of the dashboard to do any test to obtain remote server data. The number of data queries is directly proportional to the number of controls on the dashboard, which will lead to a large number of database queries by remote services. I just use data.txt to facilitate your test. In fact, I use remote data services to return data. The data return format is based on the adapter provided by you Data format of jsdataadapter.java. Your online cases use Excel data, so you can't test the remote data acquisition.
Your products are very good. I use your products on our app. If you can solve this problem (maybe my problem), we will also consider purchasing your dashboard products.
