I made test with the build of the 19 it printed all the pages of the report.
But this with problems in the page break.
Example, if the report has 3 pages the header of the 2 page it is printed in the end of the 1 page and the remaining of the impression is like this incorrect
Making more test saved report in file in pdf, the separation of the pages was correct, it follows a link of the file
saveFile.pdf
I installed a printer virtural that generates pdf, I simulated the impression and disponibilizei in this link

Sorry, we can't solve problem with page breaks. Each browsers automatically break content of html.

The content of the report is generated inside of a , and the information are inside arranged of a table, being is like this possible to define the page jump through CSS using
page-break-before or
page-break-after
Example:

It follows the link with the impression in a virtual printer
