Can we run web reports in Internet Explorer if yes what are the prerequisites for the browser and settings need to be changed in browser side

You can use the following option for the viewer:
ParametersPanelDateFormat
Sets the date and time format for variables of the corresponding type in the parameters panel. By default, the date and time format set by the browser is used.

After adding the date filter expression in the report its displaying blank any idea please tell me.without expression its displaying the records
