Ok, not to sound too dumb, but how to I get an MRT file?

This software is tied to wasp inventory could software. I am unable to find where the MRT files are stored.

I cannot find the "MRT" files, here is a more acccurate PDF of the report I'm working with.
Basically, the left column that has the barcode needs to be the serial number & barcode for the serial number
OR the part number and barcode for the part number, for items that do not have serial numbers.
Right now the barcode is almost correct for the Serial numbered items, except it adds some blanks to it when scanned on a spreadsheet.
The part number barcode just comes up blank.

I will keep trying to figure it out then. I reached out to them and all they want to do is charge way too much money to create a new form.
