Hi again.
Can you see the Designer GUI when you start the project?
In the project properties I have switch to local IIS, other than the sample project from your site (see attachment), because IIS Express don't worked for me.
Perhaps you have to switch back or press the Create Virtual Directory button.
Do you want me to show the issue on my PC? Via TeamViewer or MS Teams?
I couldn't send private messages in this board.
