i'm fairly disappointed with answer. This bug was introduced ages ago, it used to work fine. It's been 6 months since it was first reported, during which time you've had 3 major releases of the product and yet still no answer. I'm getting hammered by my customers about this issue which i cannot address as it's in your product. We pay our yearly subscription fee to keep the product up to date and correct bugs like this. Can we get some priority on the issue?
