Hello,
The new version has solved my problem, but I found other issue:
If the empty band is under the master component, the line is still not correct.

Hello,

EmptyBand works clearly - it continues the numbering of the previous band.
This report has an interesting situation - the databand has NewPageBefore=true, i.e. each line is on a new page.
i.e. EmptyBand is displayed for one band many times, and this is where the numbering logic breaks down.

Question - how should it work in such a situation?
We did not envision this use case, that's why it works "as is".
And we can't formulate rules of behavior in such a situation. So we don't plan to change anything for now.

Please be more specific about your task, what you want to achieve and how you envision numbering in such a case, we can try to make workaround with additional bends and scripts.

Thank you.

Hello,

I'm very sorry, my colleague encountered the problem and I misunderstood. The real scenario should be like this: EmptyBand should still be placed below the
subtable. If the subtable is empty, the EmptyBand row numbering will not be started begin 1.

The example:

2.png
2.png (237.29 KiB) Viewed 18606 times
PrintData.json

PrintFormat.mrt
(22.16 KiB) Downloaded 623 times

Could you please help me take a look at this issue and apologize again for the mistake in my previous question.

Thank you.

Hello,

Could you also provide samples that show what results do you need in different situations for better understanding.

Thank you.
