In the Stimulsoft Deisgner, I can create relations between two tables. It seems to me that these relations are inner joins (both tables need to have data). Is it possible to create outer joins (one table (the child table) does not have data) ?

I don't see any problem in this case, you can create this relation and set "Print If Detail Empty" to "True" at the master band. Please, explain your problem on the example.
