We´ve prepared our report to rescale textboxes if the display DPI settings are not standard (96 DPI). See Topic Rescaling.

Now we face following problem: When the DPI settings of the user which executes the program(report) is nonstandard, e.g. 120 DPI, the rescaling of the textboxes works fine as we can see in the preview. But after PDF-Export the texts in den PDF-file seem to be enlarged in its width, the character spacing has grown for each text.
Exports to GIF or JPG format seem ok.

Please inform us about version of Windows you are using. This issue we saw in Windows 2000. Windows XP SP2 is free from this bug.

I´m using Windows 2000 SP4 like most of the users that will use the reporting tool later.

Unfortunately this bug GDI in Windows 2000. The function which returns width of one symbol in GDI depends on the dpi settings and not works correctly for different dpi. We will try to find some workaround, but it is not the first of our attempts in that direction.
