my 2007.3 designer can't rub,show error "'StiSelectToolService' Service not found" ,how to do?,

Please try to delete the following folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\"User Account Name"\Local Settings\Application Data\Stimulsoft\

Here the "User Account Name" - is the name of your account in Windows.
