steps:
1, new sqlclient connection
2, input servername and db name
3, default is windows authorization, do not change it, click ók'
4, the connection string do not use intergrate authorization


it will be ok if click sql authoration, then click windows authorization.

i think you only add intergrate authorization to connectionstring when this checkbox value changed.
