BUG: DPI settings & report preview

Hi,

I have set my screen to 120 DPI instead of the normal 96 DPI.
When I use the report preview and choose to see one or two pages the pages aren't centered correctly.
Maybe it has to do with Report.NET not being aware of the DPI settings?

We will try to fix this behavior in prerelease version in that Monday.
