Eliminating empty cells

Greetings all!
I have a data band whose source is called "Products", positioned on the data band is a cross data band whose source is entitled "CombinedParts". There is a relation between the two sources of data, entitled "Relation-02". The data band "Products" is the master component for the cross data band and the relation has been selected. Filters have been applied to the Products and CombinedParts data, the filtering is the same for both. This works fine however, I cannot eliminate the empty spaces from the filtered out products. The properties for all data bands/cells have been set to "Shrink" and "PrintEmptyDetail" = False.
