Need some explanation

Dear sir,
I have seen that there the Web Reports Designer is now available separately, I need some explanation to know if it could cover my need :
- If I purchase with the source could I get the flash sources as well as .net ones ?
- In fact I need to give acces to web users to the designer but I have to disable some functionnalities from it : the users could only make a one page report template
and use a pre-made dictionnary : could this be done by a configuration file or specified programmatically before the web designer is rendered on the web page ?

Yes you receive source code of flex project.

At this moment this is not possible, but this is not big problem. Please let me know full list of restrictions which you want see in reports designer.web.

-> add static text
-> they cannot modify scale of the template
-> they cannot delete the initials variables
-> use only some predefined fonts
-> click on the "save as" button in order to not erase the pre made template.
-> they cannot create a new report without using the pre made template.

At this moment we work on special class which will be helps with setting some of restrictions to Reports Designer.Web. It will be available on next week.
