Book Marks jumping around with drill down

This only happens when viewing a report. It does not happen while in the designer. If you click on a book mark on the left and then click an item that has a dill down, the report will jump up to page 1. When in design mode this does not happen.

The patch will be available in a couple of weeks, because we have to rewrite quite a big piece of code.
