I have a computer that has a problem that I can't resolve. Anytime I preview a report it displays a big red "X" across the preview screen. This happens in all reports reguardless of what is in the report. I have even tried previewing a report that contained no data and I still receive the big red "X". Any help would be great!! Thanks. I also receive the following error:

I have similar issue with Stimulsoft 2009.3.600 (only on one PC).
The stack trace is

The thumbnail isn't shown in the viewer, but the user is able to view the report in full screen mode or save it as a file.

I've tried to upgrade to version 2012.3.1500, but with no success: the exception isn't thrown, however the thumbnail still doesn't appear in the viewer.
On other PCs everything works fine both with elder and newer versions of Stimulsoft.

I've added 2 screen shots, which illustrate the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

c:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Stimulsoft\

I was wondering if I can get a explanation of why this happens. I have been seeing it more often on more machines. I know the fix is to delete the folder in c:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Stimulsoft\ and was just wondering if you know the root cause of the issue? Thanks

Most probably, a problem with the Chart component.
You can delete the settings folder or use the last version.
