Empty space in texbox

Hello,
On simple report with one databand connected to demo data (from install package) there is empty space between the end of text and the bottom line of field border. Textbox has "Grow To Height" property set. The question is: why? And how to remove it?

Well, I've done a lot of trials with different .NET and system versions, but the reason is elsewhere: when "DPI setting" of screen properties is set to default "Normal size (96DPI)", there is no empty space, but setting it to "Large size (120 DPI)" causes empty space to be visible.

We cannot reproduce the bug. We used the latest prerelease build of Reports.Wpf.
What OS, Service pack, Framework do you use?
