64 Bit Issues

I stumbled upon another really weird issue today:
On both 64bit Vista & Windows 7, the "Save" to PDF generates a PDF that has bold fonts as almost "double" bold (looks blurry and running together). All test were done with the default settings of "Embedded Fonts", "Use Unicode", and "Compressed". The font in use is Arial 10 bold. Results using the same application:
- Windows 7 64bit: Double Bold
- Vista 64bit: Double Bold
- Vista 32bit: Correct printing behavior
- XP 32bit: Correct printing behavior
XP 64 & Win 7 32 were not available for testing.
The preview in the viewer looks correct as does printing from the viewer to both real printers and Adobe Distiller.
So, any thoughts? I can post samples if necessary... :dumb:
