New chart-series type - Revisited

Just a small point I've noticed with this chart type solution.
I originally thought it was based upon the clustered column type where the data point was located in the center of the horizontal line gegment, that makes up the column's flat top.
However I notice that the data point is located at the left end of the horizontal line segment. This means the last data point is not drawn in full (no horizontal line).
In addition (and this only becomes apparent with small amounts of data) the horizontal axis tick marks are aligned to the left end of the horizontal line segments.
Any chance we could have the "flat tops" located centrally about the data point's location and the last line segment drawn in.
No pressure, I can live with it "as is" if need be.
Oh and just to let you know, my evaluation period is complete and I'm placing the order today.
