chart style always overrides series appearance settings

We are trying to set properties on a specific series independently of the chart's global style.
None of these settings on the series (Brush mainly) seems to have any affect on the chart.

Please set the AllowApplyStyle property to false.

Sorry for the wrong answer, this property will be available in the prerelease build on 16-Nov-2009.
