Can't override parameter in datasource

Hi, I've got a report, where i have a parameter with defined value.
In code I want to change the value of the parameter, but when I execute Render method on stireport it replaces parametervalue to default from report body.
How can I change that?

I handled it... It seems that I must also set Value property next to ParameterValue property
