If Anchor & Bookmark & Hyperlink Works in Web???!!

Hello ,

I Have a problem with Anchor & Bookmark & Hyperlink in Web, because when i use them,this command doesn't work completely in web

Please check 2009.3 official release version. Recently we made some fixes with bookmarks and hyperlinks in web.
